" Every, BODY, is different... "

It's been about 10 days or so since my last update. My intentions with this blog was not to write something everyday, because who the hell wants to read something everyday about what I'm doing? You'd be reading the same Sh*t everyday. My approach to this is to write when I can or feel I need something to report...

So, with that said. This is what's been happening.
I still have not eaten rice or drank a soda in 73 days. Which is mind boggling to me! I do miss those two things, but I do feel alot better and lighter these days. My weight this past Monday (7.27.09) was 234.5. I haven't lost anything since 7.20.09, but at the same time, it's good to see I haven't gained. I'm not saying I have not been splurging, but I did veer off my eating track in the last 10 days. I think a few times since my last weigh-in, I ate carbs after 5:00 or indulged in something good like Ice Cream. Oh, yeah, my latest craving has been pretty bad too, Gummi Life Savers. I polished off a whole bag one night while playing NBA LIVE on PS3....

Other than that, this is what my basic eating habits have been Monday to Friday:

9:00 - Oatmeal and Orange Juice
10:30 - Coffee
1:30 - Turkey Sandwhich w/ lettuce, tomatoe, mustard and mayo
3:30 - Low fat Chocolate Milk ( Little carton size, like they give in grade school )

Between 4:00 and whatever time I get home for dinner, I may have a grande non-fat caramel moch from Starbucks, it all depends if I'm driving to see a client or taking my daugter Kiki to soccer training.

Dinner: Salad and Chicken. I have eaten salad and chicken, chicken and salad 95% of the time, since I have started this new lifestyle. I did have some BBQ steak on the July 25th, but other than that it's been salad and chicken, chicken and salad...I've eaten so much chicken, I farted in bed the other night and an egg came out ( BAROOM-TISHHHH).

As for Saturday and Sunday

I have been pretty good. I don't get to eat in my normal routine like I do during the week, but I don't really go to overboard either. I do allow myself to eat one night of carbs after 5:00 on the weekend, but only one day. So I have to pick and choose between Saturday. and Sunday.
As for workouts. ( Start violin music now...) I have been BAD. Not bad meaning good, but BAD meaning, "Hey, fatty, get in the GYM!". What's the sad part? I have my own GYM in my house. Well, it's the swing garage of my home, but none the less, it's in my home.

Here is a picture:

As you can see, I have ZERO excuse about getting to the gym. Anyway, my reasons for not going are not all that bad. I do have a thriving side business that is doing well. Right now, I have 7 Web Clients I am either in the process of developing or maintaining their websites. So I have been pretty busy, plus I have been filling orders for my cariture drawings that I do.

Here is my business site to see some of my work: http://www.e3webmedia.com/ ( please note, I do not have anything on my site right now, I have been so busy that I can't even design my company site yet! Maybe I should hire someone?)

I haven't been all that bad. I think out of the last 10 days, I did get into the gym about 4 times. I did a mile on the treadmill and 3 miles on the bike. I also did some boxing. I found this really cool gadget that counts down rounds for you. You just tell it how many rounds, how long, etc... It even sounds off a bell like they do in real fights.

Anyways, so that has been my last 10 days. I'll try and post updates more closer together.
One more thing before I go...

What I am learning during this whole process, is that EVERY, BODY, is different. What may work for some will not always work for others. I don't even say that I am on a DIET when people ask me how am I losing the weight. Diets are temporary. People diet because they need to lose a certain amount of weight by a certain time.

This is about a lifestyle change.
